Paul R. Billings, MD, PhD, FACP, FACMG
Dr. Billings is a nationally recognized expert on genomic and precision medicine and a board-certified internist and clinical geneticist. Dr. Billings has devoted his career to improving patient care by expanding the use of medically relevant genomic technologies in clinical settings, most recently as Chief Medical Officer of Life Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. in March, 2014). Currently, Dr. Billings serves in multiple roles in industry and government, including as Executive Chairman, Melanoma Diagnostics, Inc., and director of Trovagene, Inc., DecisionQ, Inc. and PAX Neuoscience, Inc. He was Co-Founder and first Medical Director of the Cordblood Registry, Inc., past Senior Physician and SVP of Laboratory Corporation of America, Inc. (LabCorp), Co-Founder and Past Director of Omicia, Inc., Founder and EVP of GeneSage, Inc., and past Director ofAncestry.com, Inc. Dr. Billings has served on the Scientific Advisory Board of the FDA, the Genomic Medicine Advisory Committee at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, and the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine's Roundtable on Genomics. Dr. Billings has held academic appointments at prestigious universities including Harvard University, UCSF, Stanford University and UC Berkeley, and has served as a physician at numerous medical centers. He is the author of over 200 publications, abstracts and books on experimental and clinical medicine. Dr. Billings holds an M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School and a Ph.D. degree in Immunology from Harvard University.

Christopher E. Diamantis
Christopher E. Diamantis has served since 1999 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Financial Settlements, Inc., a structured settlement consulting firm in Tallahassee, Florida. He also has been, since April 2000, a director and managing partner of the Gabor Agency, Inc., a 63-year old Florida-based company specializing in investment and insurance planning for public employees and universities. Since 2007, Mr. Diamantis has been Chairman of Pro Bank Financial Holding Company, the parent of Pro Bank, a community bank in Tallahassee, Florida. He also has served, since 2011, as a director of Esquire Bank, a full-service, federally chartered savings bank in New York City. In addition, since 2007, Mr. Diamantis has been a director and partner in Counsel Financial Services, Inc., a specialty financial firm catering to the needs of the legal community and the largest non-bank lender to law firms in the United States. Mr. Diamantis graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 1990 with a BS degree in Finance. He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Florida State University College of Business and past president of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
Michael L. Goldberg
Michael L. Goldberg is the managing director of Monarch Capital, LLC, a corporate consulting company primarily servicing small to mid-sized public and private companies. Prior to his position at Monarch, he served as acting CEO and president of IDO Security, Inc., from 2006 to 2013. Mr. Goldberg served as a director and CEO of Rx Medical Services Corp. (RXM), an American Stock Exchange-listed company, from May 1991 through June 2006. He has also worked with a number of private and public companies, assisting them in their formation and capital structure. He began his career as an Asper Fellow in the U.S. Attorney's office in 1974 with the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. (Watergate prosecution team) before becoming an assistant district attorney. Mr. Goldberg was also a litigator in Philadelphia, where he maintained a private practice before he transitioned into a career in corporate restructuring. Mr. Goldberg has served as a director of both private and publicly traded companies and has served on audit and compensation committees.
President, Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director
As CEO of Rennova Health, Inc. Mr. Lagan brings over 20 years' experience in the restructuring, development and management of startup and small companies in both the private and public sector. The company secured the services of Seamus Lagan through a consultancy agreement with Alcimede LLC. and was initially retained by Medytox Solutions, Inc. in May 2011. His role was to find a new business opportunity for the Company and he has been instrumental in forming the structure of and securing the funding for the Corporation to develop its business plan. Mr. Lagan was the CEO of the two main Subsidiaries of Medytox Solutions, Inc. since their inception; one that managed the sales and marketing efforts of the Company and the other that completed the acquisitions and development of the Company's Clinical Laboratories. It is with Mr. Lagan's guidance, expertise and practical approach to business that has allowed the company to grow into what we now know as 'Rennova Health, Inc', and it is with his oversight we have completed the merger that has resulted in Rennova health, Inc. being a NASDAQ listed company.
Mr. Lee is currently Managing Partner of Sheffield Investment Partners, a firm set up to invest in various middle market businesses with a focus on credit related efforts including reinsurance and sub-investment grade debt investments. Mr. Lee serves on a few Boards currently including SL Investment Management, a UK based, and FSA licensed investment manager who primarily invests in insurance related assets. Mr. Lee is Non-Executive Vice Chairman of SL Investment Management and has been a Board member for since 2011. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Lee was on the Board of Springs Industries, one of the largest textile companies in America. From 2008 until 2013, Mr. Lee served on the Board of Springs Window Fashions, the 2nd largest window blind company in the world and the largest in the US, owners of Bali and Graber. Mr. Lee is also on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest Schools of Business. Previously, Mr. Lee was Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the College of Wake Forest, for some 5 years. Mr. Lee attended Dartmouth College and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Prior to forming Sheffield Investment Partners, from 2008 to 2010 Mr. Lee was a Managing Director of New Stream Capital, a CT based hedge fund that invested in private debt securities. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at CRT Capital Group in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining CRT, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter from 1984 until 2000. Mr. Lee ran several units of Dean Witter's Investment Bank including the M&A Group. After the merger of Dean Witter with Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director in the M&A group at Morgan Stanley working most closely with the Financial Sponsors. Mr. Lee has invested in several private businesses and has held other board roles including for public companies. Mr. Lee has extensive experience with public and private companies at the most senior level dealing with a variety strategic, financing, M&A, restructuring and corporate issues. Industry sectors have primarily been service oriented including financial services, other misc. services and health care. In addition, a reasonable amount of consumer and manufacturing advisory and principal investing efforts.
