Management Team

As CEO of Rennova Health, Inc. Mr. Lagan brings over 20 years' experience in the restructuring, development and management of startup and small companies in both the private and public sector. The company secured the services of Seamus Lagan through a consultancy agreement with Alcimede LLC. and was initially retained by Medytox Solutions, Inc. in May 2011.  His role was to find a new business opportunity for the Company and he has been instrumental in forming the structure of and securing the funding for the Corporation to develop its business plan. Mr. Lagan was the CEO of the two main Subsidiaries of Medytox Solutions, Inc. since their inception; one that managed the sales and marketing efforts of the Company and the other that completed the acquisitions and development of the Company's Clinical Laboratories.   It is with Mr. Lagan's guidance, expertise and practical approach to business that has allowed the company to grow into what we now know as 'Rennova Health, Inc', and it is with his oversight we have completed the merger that has resulted in Rennova health, Inc. being a NASDAQ listed company.

Dr. Madireddy is American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB) Board certified in Clinical Chemistry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Osmania University of India (2006), a Master's degree in Chemistry (2008) and a Doctoral degree in Environmental Sciences Chemistry (2012) from Tennessee Technological University. He is also licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in the state of Florida.

Dr. Madireddy has spent approximately ten years working in the field in analytical chemistry; including chromatography, mass spectrometry, proteomics, metabolomics, toxicology and clinical chemistry testing.  He worked at LabTrust LLC as a Method Development Coordinator and joined Rennova Health in Feb 2014 as R&D Method Development Coordinator for LC-MSMS for toxicology testing. He has held the position of Technical Supervisor and Director LC-MSMS for Toxicology operations at Rennova.

Jack Seeley, who has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo in accounting, was VP, Key Account Management & Strategic Sales for Solstas Lab Partners (now Quest Diagnostics), the largest private full-service clinical testing laboratory serving the Southeast U.S. Solstas was purchased by Quest Diagnostics in March 2014 for a total transaction value of approximately $570M During his 14-year tenure, Mr. Seeley held various leadership positions including Vice President of Client Retention, Associate Vice President of Sales Operations and Director of Sales.

Steven Burdelski previously served as an executive manager of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he received multiple awards for excellence and was responsible for strategic planning and leadership of all FBI investigative programs such as criminal, cyber, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and critical incident management in the Bureau's Tampa office. Mr. Burdelski also was named Inspector in Place for the FBI, with responsibility for ensuring corporate and legal compliance to improve performance. Prior to his position at the FBI, Mr. Burdelski served on the Maryland State Police Department from 1987 to 1995, where he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Burdelski holds an M.S. in leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Sebastien Sainsbury brings over 25 years' experience in investment banking and wealth management with Bankers Trust Co., Lehman Brothers, USB AG Private Bank and was appointed to the AIG International Ltd. Board of Directors. Mr. Sainsbury has been regulated in the United Kingdom by the FSA/SFA and has been a seed investor and board member in startup companies ranging from food manufacturing and distribution to software development since 2002. Mr. Sainsbury heads investment development and public relations for the corporation. Mr. Sainsbury holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from INSEAD.

Most recently, Ms. Nemerson has focused her professional career in the Behavioral Health industry, specifically, substance abuse treatment centers and toxicology laboratories, serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Comprehensive Alcoholism Rehabilitation Programs ("CARP") the largest nonprofit treatment center in Florida; Executive Director of Royal Life Centers, an 800-bed nationwide facility; and Chief Development Officer of Q Health Palm Beach. Ms. Nemerson began her career in public accounting with 2 of the Big Eight accounting firms, spending 5 years with Deloitte LLP conducting audits with an emphasis on SEC, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. After audit, Ms. Nemerson spent 5 years as a tax accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Nemerson then accepted the position of Vice President of Compliance with Ceridian Corporation, $1b New York Stock Exchange listed company. There she became a subject matter expert in Sarbanes-Oxley, coupling her accounting and legal experience to implement corporate compliance programs for Ceridian, as well as many of its clients. In addition to large public company experience, Victoria held the position of General Counsel and Interim CFO for The Wounded Warrior Project, a 501(c)(3) entity. Victoria's diverse background also includes her role as Special Counsel in the private law firm practice of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a nationally recognized labor and employment law firm. Ms. Nemerson is admitted to the bar in Florida.

He is responsible for revenue growth within RennovaHTS that includes, Laboratory Information Systems (ClinLab), Electronic Health Record (EHR) Medical MIME for both Rehab (M2Select) and Ambulatory Healthcare (M2Pro) verticals and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Rehab/Substance Abuse Centers billing and Ambulatory Offices that specialize in surgical procedures as our EHR-Ambulatory Solution is “Transcription Based”.

Al has held executive leadership positions with companies such as GE Healthcare, and Quest Diagnostics. As a strategic executive leader whose entire 38-year career has been devoted to Healthcare, Al measures success around three cornerstones, Sales Leadership, Operational Excellence and Customer Service. His diverse skill set with Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Long Term Care, point of care ambulatory providers, Rehab Centers, MSO's IPA's, IDN's GPO's and medical laboratory organizations aides in the understanding of business needs and growth.

Al graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Accounting.

Thomas is responsible for all IT infrastructure and software solutions, including design, development, testing, and support for all products and services provided by Rennova HTS. He has 25+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Information Technology. He began as a software engineer and researcher with a focus on machine learning, then discovered his passion for managing and empowering highly technical people. Thomas has worked at large companies including Siemens, Microsoft and Citrix Systems, which gave him valuable experience with large-scale software development and international project management. Thomas is a multi-cultural leader with a passion for both people and technology, with deep experience in operational excellence and systemic optimization. He graduated from Technical University Munich in 1986 with a Ph.D in Computer Science and holds several patents.

Frank Dias began his career as a hydro electrical engineer, but it did not take long for him to realize he had a passion for entrepreneurship. In 1991, Frank founded a CPG logistic business in the New York Tri-state area, growing over 50 national and regional brands like Krispy Kreme, J.J. Nissen, Tastykake, and Otis Spunkmeyer. A go-to market specialist, Mr. Dias specialized in strategic product launches and product placement exceeding over $100M in 2007 as founder and acting CEO. In addition, Frank has owned and operated over a dozen corporations and businesses in a wide range of sectors including nutraceutical manufacturing and development, a juice bar chain, food brokerage, a multi-level nutrition company, a Zagat rated Italian restaurant, and a consulting business. Frank has the innate ability to put the pieces together and get things done. Mr. Dias joined Rennova Health as Director of Business Development in 2013.

Karen Taylor has 20 years business operations and management experience.  She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Rennova Health to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Karen specializes in talent management, employee relations strategies,  benefits programs, training and development and leadership development. Ms. Taylor holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Leadership.

Lisa Henderson has 16 years of experience in customer service-related positions with companies such as Mutual of Omaha and Konica Minolta, as well as sales and business development experience. Ms. Henderson also acts as Rennova Health's Client Service Administrator in addition to her role as Logistics Manager.
