Note 10 – Related Party Transactions

In addition to the transactions discussed in Notes 1, 8 and 21, the Company had the following related party activity during the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018:

Alcimede billed $0.4 million and $0.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively, pursuant to a consulting agreement originally entered into in 2012. It is subject to annual renewals. Seamus Lagan, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, is the sole manager of Alcimede (see Note 14).

The terms of the foregoing activity, including those discussed in Notes 1, 8, and 21, are not necessarily indicative of those that would have been agreed to with unrelated parties for similar transactions.
